Our Story
A streetwear brand built inside a sound that never stops. Tinnitus Gang makes clothing for people who have learned to live loudly with something quiet.
There is a frequency that only you can hear. It arrived without warning and it did not leave. For a while it took everything — sleep, focus, the plain silence you never thought to be grateful for. Then, slowly, it became a part of the room. Tinnitus Gang began in that room.
We did not start a label to explain a condition. We started it because the discipline that living with tinnitus demands — patience, restraint, the ability to sit inside discomfort without flinching — is the same discipline good clothing is made with. Nothing rushed. Nothing loud for the sake of it.
01A sound that shaped a form
Every collection begins with a note held longer than is comfortable. We design in that tension: heavy cotton against soft hand-feel, severe cuts against generous volume, silence against structure.
The result is clothing that does not perform. It sits, it drapes, it holds its shape after the tenth wash. Quiet resilience, cut in cloth.
02Independent by design
We are independent, and we intend to stay that way. No seasonal churn, no manufactured urgency. Volumes are released when they are finished, in quantities we can stand behind.
We do not produce to stock or to trend. Every volume is created within a clearly defined scope that we control ourselves — from the first sketch to the shipping box.
Patience and silence
We think about shirts from the inside out. From the side that sits against your skin all day. From cuts that do not rub, pinch, or need constant adjustment. From fabrics that grow softer with each wash, not thinner.
A good shirt disappears while you wear it. It makes no noise, draws no attention, and yet it stays there — patient, quiet, reliable.
“We are not trying to drown the sound out. We are learning to build something beautiful next to it.”
I was twenty-six when the ringing started. For two years I designed nothing at all. What eventually came back was not the same work — it was slower, more deliberate, and far more honest.
Tinnitus Gang is the record of that return. Thank you for wearing it.
